Hey, I’m Shawna.

I coach women over 40 who are tired of the BS and ready to take their health seriously—without starting over every Monday.

I’ve spent years in the fitness industry and I’ve seen it all: cookie-cutter programs, crash diets, and plans that completely ignore what women actually go through in midlife. That’s not what I do here.

My background includes everything from  figure competitor to rehab-based training. But what I care about most is helping women feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies again.
